Regional support for the direct installations of cash sorter machines manufactured by Glory Global Solutions and Talaris India Pvt Ltd across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine installations in the regions allocated by the firm
• Train end users in banks and financial institutions on the various machine related functionalities
• Manage SLA
• Build team for the region
• Manage Team of Field service engineers
• Liaise with the Services Help desk to get the logged service requests or complaints closed in time through team of engineers
• Support engineers for handling critical issues
• Training of engineers
• Manage and ensure scheduled preventive maintenance
• Managing spares support in the region
• Co-ordinating with Customers in the region for the queries and escalations
• Manage reporting to local / regional Bank teams

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

Diploma in Engineering with more than 5 years experience in the industry.
