What You'll Do
- Rapidly ship and own backend product lines and infrastructure;
- Design fast, reliable, and secure systems that scale with the company;
- Translate big ideas into clear plans and high-impact launches;
- Lead technical decisions and architecture design.
Who You Are
5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience
Strong Python skills (Django experience a plus)
Cloud proficiency with AWS or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker (plus but not required)
Degree from a top-tier engineering program (Top 5 IIT, 8.5 GPA+ preferred)
Entrepreneurial mindset—startup experience or founder background valued
Strong technical leadership and ownership mindset.
