Become Part Of Our Team, Where You Will:
- Be the first line of support for Service Providers and ISV Partners in the field of POS terminals,
- Closely cooperate with teams responsible for the development of the payment application and other operational teams,
- Handle technical requests from Customers as part of the second line of support,
- Ensure the flow of information in the Team in the area of POS terminals and tools used within the technical support team.
What You Need To Succeed:
- You have at least a secondary technical education, preferably higher technical education,
- You know the basics of telecommunications and computer science,
- You are a person with an analytical mind and attention to detail,
- Communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers are your strong points,
- You know English at a level that allows you to communicate freely and read technical documentation in this language.
Desirable:
- Knowledge in the field of POS terminals and fiscal systems
