We are looking for a Sales & VIP Customer Support colleague to join our team in Prague on a full-time basis. Daily responsibilities include:
- Regularly creates reports for the sales department as needed by the sales network.
- Provides support to the sales network, particularly processing change forms, ensuring product/service terminations, and increasing products/services for existing clients as needed by the sales network.
- Supports the sales department, ensures the handover of business cases to coordinators, and independently fulfills client requests.
- Processes and assigns business cases assigned through the website to coordinators.
- Continuously and in collaboration with colleagues "Back Office" is in contact with clients (in writing / by phone) and ensures the collection process (debt collection after maturity), possibly sending contract terminations and transferring clients to an external collection agency.
- Ensures the regular agenda and reporting for the "Head of Sales".
- In the event of reduced capacity of "Back Office" verifies contracts, enters or changes client data in ECBD.
- Manages and updates work procedures, manuals, and marketing materials on the internal drive for the sales network.
- Regularly checks the company's website and ensures its update.
- Participates in the creation of product and marketing presentations.
- Ensures and manages access to the Hermes application for bankers and coordinators.
- Records paper contracts and ensures their timely submission to the archive.
- Manages third-party collaborators and the associated agenda.
- Participates in business activities as needed by the sales network.

In practice, this means:
- Minimum secondary education in the field of business or marketing is an advantage.
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a high level of commitment
- Knowledge of payment trends and regulations in the payment industry
- Ability to analyze data for optimizing sales efforts
- Ability to build relationships with customers/colleagues and business partners
- Good organization and responsibility with the ability to solve problems
