Your job responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate communication with merchants via email or phone
• Handling merchant complaints such as missing payments, statements, access to user accounts on the portal, navigation of the client portal, uncharged payment, rejected transactions, transaction correction, and charging fees to customers.
• Resolving incidents arising in connection with card acceptance.
• Maintaining confidentiality and the trade secrets of the employer

• German language at a communicative level (plus Czech and English languages are an advantage)
• Strong customer-oriented approach and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• Healthy assertiveness and judgment

• Annual bonus up to 10%
