Field Marketing Internship

The Field Marketing Internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience while working side by side with professionals at all levels in our Waltham, MA office. We're looking for an out-of-the-box thinker, entrepreneur, and go-getter who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the marketing of our convenience store brands. This intern will support the Field Marketing team by optimizing marketing plans and strategies, to execute in-store and field initiatives and events (including grand openings), researching events and sponsorships in our footprint, and analyzing event performance. This role offers exposure to all facets of field marketing in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The ability to attend events on weekends is a plus. Flexible work options available (up to two days remote). Access to your own transportation is required. Reimbursement for miles to and from events is included.

Your Role, Your Impact

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of field marketing and grassroots events.
• Support Chamber of Commerce and community events in-store and in the field.
• Attend field and grassroots events when appropriate and applicable.
• Analyze event performance and Return On Investment via Event Recap process.
• Capture photos at events for internal and external use.
• Collect and organize event inquiries via Monday.com platform.
• Participate in administrative and team support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests and store teams.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Creative thinker with an eye for content and trends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google docs is a must

Pay Range $16.03 - $20.46

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
