Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or any other relevant engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduate
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting.
Other essential attributes:
- Perform 12-hours rotating shift
- Team Player
- Good ownership and accountability
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and able to support overtime
