Account Manager In Poland

We're looking for an Account Manager in Poland - a key role focused on client success and campaign performance in the programmatic AdTech space.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Account Management, Programmatic Advertising, or Media Partnerships
  • Solid understanding of programmatic media buying (RTB, DSPs, SSPs, API integrations)
  • Experience with platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Adform, PubMatic, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with advertisers and partners
  • Own day-to-day client communication (email, calls, reporting)
  • Identify upsell opportunities and drive account success
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and identify improvement areas
  • Deliver actionable insights to clients and internal teams
  • Work closely with the Product Solutions Team Lead and tech teams to resolve issues and optimize results
