We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growing business in Japan.
This role will primarily focus on sourcing and hiring talents across Japan for our refund operations business.
Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition & Retention Partner, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, main responsibilities will include sourcing active and passive candidates, head hunting, screening, scheduling interviews and more in general to be responsible for the candidate journey from A to Z. The scope of responsibility includes also activities such as stakeholders management, reporting, participation to specific projects, employer branding and other related actions. Ultimately, the successful candidate for this position will be in charge of the hiring process's governance.
You will have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in or supporting the service industry. You are a great organiser and communicator with proficiency in English and Japanese language.
