Junior Support would assist the Salesforce Support Team in delivering best in class B2B CRM system.

Key responsibilities of a Junior Support include:

• Run reports identifying missing, outdated, incomplete, or duplicated records.
• Utilize external tools (like LinkedIn) to clean and enrich the data.
• Coordinate reviews with key stakeholders and end-users.
• Monitor the performance and progress of the data cleanup process.
• Develop and maintain reports to track database cleanliness and maintenance.

PowerPoint Presentation & Tutorials Preparation

• Create impactful presentations for end-user meetings.
• Develop and update user guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Prepare tutorials to cover frequently asked questions of end-users.

Operational Support

• Assist in the setup of basic reports and dashboards.
• Ensure accurate control and handling of mass import/update files.
