What You Will Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key merchants
  • Lead contractual negotiations and ensure delivery of account-specific obligations
  • Drive sell-out activities via the Customer Success Team
  • Monitor KPIs like Refund Ratio, Hit Rate, IR/RR, and take corrective action when needed
  • Defend accounts from competitors and recover lost merchants
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Key Account, and Merchant Services teams on campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure accurate documentation and CRM usage
  • Achieve budget targets and new business goals
  • Improve merchant knowledge and engagement with our services
  • Deliver account plans and maximize TFS & DCC performance
  • Evaluate customer expectations and translate them into actionable plans

Ideally You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and high integrity
  • Basic MS Office skills
  • Business-level English is a plus
