What You Will Do:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key merchants
Lead contractual negotiations and ensure delivery of account-specific obligations
Drive sell-out activities via the Customer Success Team
Monitor KPIs like Refund Ratio, Hit Rate, IR/RR, and take corrective action when needed
Defend accounts from competitors and recover lost merchants
Collaborate with Marketing, Key Account, and Merchant Services teams on campaigns and promotions
Ensure accurate documentation and CRM usage
Achieve budget targets and new business goals
Improve merchant knowledge and engagement with our services
Deliver account plans and maximize TFS & DCC performance
Evaluate customer expectations and translate them into actionable plans
Ideally You Will Bring:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer success
