Our new facility in Felsőzsolca was established in 2023, initially as an assembly plant, and by summer 2024, it will also include a machining hall for the production of half shafts, a key component in our product portfolio. Additionally, an engineering center for testing has been set up, playing a significant role in the development of new products in Felsőzsolca.

What tasks can you expect as a value stream engineer?

• Technical analysis of the technological processes used at GKN Driveline
• Technical production support in improving existing, approved processes
• Identification, scheduling, and acceptance of machines, devices, control, and measuring equipment
• Participation in the development of plans considering the latest technologies
• Development of machine and process parameters
• Creation of FMEA/technological documentation
• Review of product design documentation for technical feasibility
• Participation in NBA process (analysis of manufacturing possibilities, estimation of production times and costs of machines needed for production)
• Collaboration with suppliers of machines and equipment

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have experience in manufacturing support engineering
• Hold a BSc degree, preferably in mechanical engineering
• Have some knowledge or experience with machining technologies such as milling, turning, and heat treatment
• Can read technical drawings without difficulty
• Are familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD programs
• Have a good level of English for communication
• Are open to technical innovations and the design of new processes

It is an advantage if you:
