The Merchandise Operations Coordinator provides essential support to Girls on the Run councils, offering proactive and responsive service concerning merchandise and ordering processes. This role is also the primary point of contact for general inquiries from internal and external parties. The Merchandise Coordinator works closely with finance and marketing - offering support with customer service, project management, and other key cross-departmental work.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering a compensation range of $21 - $24 hourly, depending on experience.
This position is remote within the Charlotte region, Girls on the Run strives to provide our staff with opportunities for meaningful in-person connection throughout the year including staff gatherings, professional development opportunities and organization-wide conferences. Employees are always encouraged, and in occasional instances required, to participate in and contribute to these events.
