Job Description

Knowledge: Must have sales support administrative experience.

Must be able to develop basic solutions to a variety of problems.

Must be able to learn quickly and spend the majority of time working independently with limited guidance from immediate manager using well-defined procedures and processes.

Good verbal, written, and office administrative skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word. HS diploma and minimum of 5 years of relevant office administrative experience.

Specific job responsibilities:

• PO/Contracts/Vendor management of regional marketing sponsorships/events
• Sales/Field Support (Sales data analysis and report, pharmacy data, speaker database maintenance, CNreview rejections support, onboarding and offboarding etc)
• Sales expenses management (payment, expenses reports, accruals etc.)
