About the Role
We're seeking an Agent Engineer to join our San Francisco team. You'll serve as a technical interface between Giga and our customers, building and deploying sophisticated solutions with our low-code platform.
What You’ll Do:
Assisting customer engagements from start to end: run discovery calls & demos, build/maintain world class agents, participate in customer calls, and serve as the primary PoC in a fast-paced environment.
Own the full agent development life cycle: build and prototype quickly, set up CI/CD, monitor live usage, iterate to targets, debug live issues, communicate with customers, and document best practices to speed up future projects.
Close the feedback loop with product & platform: capture unmet needs, prototype new features, contribute directly to the codebase, and collaborate with core teams to strengthen the platform for all customers.
Who You Are / Must-Haves:
Know the basics: Understanding of React, Python, tool calls, APIs, etc.
Interpersonal Acumen: Able to solve problems in a people-centric manner and communicate effectively, with experience/interest in customer-facing roles.
Entrepreneurial: Preference for candidates with aspirations who want to be founders or leaders; ability to context switch constantly and rapidly; high bar for quality work.
Gritty: Capable of working long productive hours, customer focused, very high attention to detail, and obsession to deliver high-quality work.
Coachable: Be able to take in feedback and adapt at a quick pace.
