Your tasks: With us, you will mainly take on organizational and administrative tasks that enable the smooth operation behind the scenes.
You make sure everything runs smoothly: Whether it's flyers being printed in time or the right material arriving for the fair – you keep an eye on everything.
You are our organizational superpower in the background: You support the preparation of events and fairs – from the first call to the caterer to the shipment of giveaways.
You give the team your back: With your help, the day-to-day business runs smoothly – whether it's by maintaining lists, coordinating small tasks or working on ongoing projects.
You are our interface to the outside: You communicate with service providers, request quotes and ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time.
What you bring: You are currently studying in the field of marketing, communication, media or a comparable course of study
You work structured, reliable and independently
You enjoy organization and communication
You speak fluent German (native language)
Your English skills at B2 level are a plus
