Strategic Account Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to deepen client relationships, understanding their long-term objectives, and identifying new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary strategic contact for assigned key accounts, overseeing all facets of the client relationship from sales and implementation to ongoing support.
New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business within existing key accounts, including cross-selling and upselling advanced solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (product development, marketing, customer success, technical support) to ensure the seamless delivery of tailored solutions and services.
Performance & Insights: Lead regular strategic business reviews with key clients, presenting performance insights, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing new initiatives.
