Who are we looking for?
We're looking for an organized and proactive Office Support Administrator to join our Management & Administration team in Sydney.
In this diverse role you will:
- Respond to requests for information about the availability of people/facilities to assist in arranging business meetings.
- Conduct data entry into company systems and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.
- Exchange information with internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.
- Receive visitors and assist in various requests for information, referring to more complex matters to colleagues.
- Maintain files and records and perform basic data entry tasks.
- Create positive experiences for clients
What would you bring to the team?
- A certificate/degree in administration or similar with a strong aptitude for numerical work and problem solving.
- Some experience working in customer service with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Be meticulous with attention to detail, a proactive mindset who is passionate to plan, prioritize and be results and team orientated.
- Effectively use standard office equipment and standard software to support business (Microsoft Office applications, intermediate level in Excel).
- Well-versed in communicating both verbal and written especially in attending to clients' needs and can navigate customer conversations.
- Fosters building positive relationships as well as working well under pressure with deadlines.
- Client centric.
