Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a Marketing Automation And Nurture Advisor whose day-to-day focus is helping to drive GHD's nurture campaigns. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to partner with internal marketing teams to become an extension of their team. This includes executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) email/campaigns and keeping up with new features and functionality.
Primary responsible in generating new prospects and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel and on to the business development network by deploying and managing various automated marketing campaigns using Account Engagement.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Oversee and execute complex automated marketing programs within Account Engagement and work closely with the Global and Regional Marketing teams to maximize effectiveness of each program. Key tasks include:
- Create and modify automations to feed into personas, lead scoring/grading rules, and engagement nurture needs.
- Creation, scheduling and performance reporting on emails, forms, landing pages, and campaigns; list creation and segmentation; build nurture programs based on list segmentations; support and troubleshoot CRM integration as well as connectors to different marketing technologies; user and asset management
- Administer email and audience management over and under-targeting rules, tag governance, folder structure custom objects, ongoing clean-up and campaign naming conventions. Work with the Global Digital Marketing team on creation and adoption of best practice templates to capture more contacts, encourage subscribers through the email Preference Centre.
- General administration responsibilities across Marketing Automation function
- Assist with maintenance of integration between event and adtech platforms and Salesforce
- Work closely to assist Senior Marketing Automation Specialist in tasks
- Assist various ad hoc projects related to optimization of our MarTech stack and adoption.
- Day to day management of licensing requests – ensuing processes for distribution is implemented in timely manner
- Administer Account Engagement
- Troubleshoot and resolve marketing user issues.
What you will bring to the team:
- 3+ years' experience using marketing automation platforms, specifically Account Engagement, but any previous experience using Marketo or Eloqua also advantageous
- Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for email and landing page design
- Integration platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Tibco
- Knowledge of:
- Salesforce certifications in Account Engagement and Sales Cloud are preferred
- Event and webinar platforms, ideally Eventbrite and ON24
- Personalisation platforms (e.g. Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization)
- Analytics Platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Tableau)
- Adtech platforms, (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advertising Studio)
Work schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / Hybrid – 3 days a week in the office
