About the Role:

We are seeking a HVAC Engineer to deliver technical solutions for a range of building services projects, with a strong focus on HVAC design and drafting. You will work on feasibility studies, concept, and detailed design, and contribute to multidisciplinary project delivery. Experience in energy modelling is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of HVAC engineering projects for internal clients, predominantly in the Building Services space, including using design software as required to develop and deliver technically excellent HVAC designs and prepare drawings as required
• Provide technical / design expertise into projects as required and manage the activities of engineering and support staff in this area
• Monitor the technical soundness of the design deliverables and promote continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables and continuous improvement
• Manage project risks, opportunities, and client expectations

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in consulting
• Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies, design standards, and Australian codes
• Proficient in CAMEL, HAP, IES, or DesignBuilder for HVAC and energy modelling
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
• Proven project management and client relationship skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork

This job offer can be based either in Makati or Quezon City, depending on your home base/location.
