Due to strong business and growth opportunities, our South Australian Building Services team in the Building Engineering group has opportunities available for passionate Electrical Engineers with Building Services project experience.

As a Technical Director, you would play a technical lead role, applying your specialist, multi-disciplinary knowledge and act as a key contributor across a variety of large-scale education, infrastructure, health, data centres, transport, defence, and other building project types. You'll drive the strategic development and continued growth of our team's capabilities, and build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting new business development.

This is also a fantastic opportunity if you are in the early stages of your career and are ready to build on your Intermediate level skillset. You'll be joining a supportive team culture, where mentoring and diverse project exposure is readily available.

Working closely with our group leaders, these positions offer a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Working in or leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high quality deliverables that are on time and on program.
• Providing technical expertise through design, documentation and construction phase services.
• Direct client engagement during delivery and an active involvement in winning work, developing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• If a Technical Director - provide leadership, guidance and coaching, and feedback on performance to design engineers.

What would you bring to the team?

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer, specialising in Building Services with knowledge and experience with Australian codes/standards and local regulations.
• Proven success in pursuing and winning work; you enjoy being in a client-facing role and developing your network.
• Able to manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
• The ability to coordinate and manage your own workload, project deliverables, budgets and deadlines, prioritising accordingly.
• Sophisticated communication skills with a supportive and engaging manner.
• Coordinated design in the Revit environment, and competency with industry standard software (MS Office, Navisworks, BIM 360, PowerCAD, AGI32, Bluebeam). Knowledge of high voltage design is desirable.
