Sales Operations Manager

To further advance digital health protection and enable more people to access meaningful preventive care, we are strategically and operationally strengthening our sales team. Therefore, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (m/w/d) starting immediately with a weekly working time (Monday to Friday) of 40 hours. Your place of residence should ideally be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - if this is not the case, you can still apply.

Your Role in Our Team

  • You implement and maintain internal automations with tools like Zapier, Postgres, Braze, and Slack.
  • You ensure the stability and reliability of existing automation flows and proactively take care of troubleshooting.
  • You support the sales team in operational questions, document problems, and follow up on their solutions.
  • You moderate internal Slack support channels, prioritize requests, and forward relevant topics to the right contacts.
  • You ensure that JIRA tickets are fully, structured, and documented in a high-quality manner.
  • You work closely with the Sales Operations Team to prioritize requests and define clear task packages.

Your Profile

  • You have first professional experience in the field of Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Process Management.
  • You have a good technical understanding and experience with tools like Zapier, JIRA, Slack, or relational databases.
  • You have a structured, detail-oriented working style and think in processes.
  • You have good communication skills, are team-oriented, and feel comfortable in an interface role.
  • You work independently, solution-oriented, and do not lose track of multiple parallel tasks.
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 - C2) complete your profile.
