Customer Service Agent

To further advance digital health protection and enable more people to access meaningful preventive care, we are expanding our customer service team for our product dentolo (brand for dental supplemental insurance). Therefore, we are currently looking for a new empathetic Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) with a weekly working time (Monday to Friday) of 40 hours. Your place of residence should ideally be in the Berlin/Brandenburg area - if this is not the case, you can still apply!

Your Role In Our Team

  • Customer Communication: Handling inquiries via inbound and outbound telephony, email, and chat.
  • Customer Support: As the first point of contact, you will assist our clients with questions about their dental supplemental insurance. With your product expertise, you help existing customers understand their needs and answer their inquiries regarding their dental supplemental insurance.
  • Knowledge Management: You support the creation and development of our digital knowledge database.
  • Process Optimization and Automation: You make an important contribution to the improvement and optimization of our processes and the customer journey in the area of customer success.

Your Profile

  • Experience in Customer Support: You have already gained experience in customer service or similar areas with customer contact.
  • Organizational Talent and Teamwork: You have organizational and communicative skills. Your team spirit, coupled with your flexibility, make you a valuable addition. You bring not only open-mindedness and motivation but also the willingness to actively participate in shaping a dynamic company.
  • Dental Medical Knowledge: is an advantage.
  • Interest in Insurance Topics: You have a curiosity for the insurance sector or are willing to work in this field.
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Ideally, you have the know-how for MS Office applications.
  • Workplace Language Skills: You have excellent German language skills (at least C1) in speech and writing. Additionally, you have fluent English skills.
