Service Technician (M/W/D) Medical Technology in the Field

Greater Frankfurt Area

Your Tasks:

• Independently carrying out maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections of products in the area of operating tables, operating lights, and ceiling supply units
• Supporting the products and customers in all service matters, as well as documenting the service work in the documentation program
• Support function as a medical device consultant (based on MPG, MPBetreibV)
• Close cooperation with the internal department and sales outside service
• Customer relationship management
• Vacation coverage in adjacent areas
• Willingness to also work in our other products (e.g. in the area of acute care therapies, such as heart-lung machines, ECMO systems, ventilators, intra-aortic balloon pumps, hypothermia devices, and gas blenders or in the area of infection control, e.g. disinfectors and sterilizers)

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed training as a mechatronician, electrician, or medical technician, energy electronics (m/w/d) or comparable training
• Professional experience in the field service/service is desirable; experience in medical technology is not mandatory, as we guarantee very good training and product training
• Good specialist knowledge in the areas of electricity/electronics, mechanical drives, and hydraulics
• Good English and very good German language skills
• Independent, responsible, and quality-conscious as well as structured working method
• Customer orientation, team capability, confident appearance, and communicative behavior
• Ideally, you live in the area of operation
• Travel readiness in the area of operation
