Become a Service Planner at Getinge

Are you an organizational talent with a passion for service and customer-oriented work? As a Service Planner at Getinge Netherlands, you will play a central coordinating role in organizing service activities for our Field Service Engineers (FSE's). You will ensure efficient planning, correct preparation of work, and smooth handling of customer requests. You will be the first point of contact for both customers and service teams and contribute to high customer satisfaction and service quality.

What will you do?

  • You will ensure efficient planning and coordination of all service activities, such as preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, trainings, toolbox meetings, and inventory controls.
  • You will support the FSE's in optimal preparation of their work by arranging the right information, materials, and access.
  • You will handle the administrative processing of service orders in our systems (Salesforce and SAP) and keep all data accurate and up-to-date.
  • You will contribute to the fulfillment of contractual obligations and ensure that service appointments are carried out correctly and on time.
  • You will work with colleagues from different teams to provide our customers with the best possible service experience.
  • You will have a keen eye for quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within our service processes.

What do you bring?

  • Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce; experience with and understanding of Salesforce is necessary for the daily execution of this role.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • MBO+ education in a technical, administrative, or commercial direction.
  • Experience in service planning, coordination, or administrative support in a technical environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills, customer-oriented attitude, and technical affinity.
  • Proactive attitude, eye for detail, and the ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment.
