About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will become an important part of our Customer Service team. This is not a regular coordination role — it is a mission with great responsibility where you will contribute to the delivery of medical technology products that are crucial for patient care and in many cases life-saving.

In this role, you will collaborate broadly within the organization — with technicians, finance, sales, communication, and management — and also with external suppliers and customers. To thrive, we believe you enjoy a fast pace, are confident in complex situations, and have the ability to maintain an overview even when a lot is happening. You are the one who finds solutions, even when the task lies slightly outside your formal role.

You will be a key person in keeping our processes effective and precise, always with the overarching goal in focus: that our products must be delivered with utmost accuracy and care.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the entire order and project flow — from procurement to coordination and logistics
• Ensuring that invoicing is carried out correctly and in a timely manner
• Maintaining ongoing, clear, and professional dialogue with suppliers and customers
• Keeping information updated in our ERP and CRM systems to create transparency and enable good follow-up

Your Profile

We believe you have:

• At least four years of experience in order management, preferably from MedTech or another industry where accuracy and responsibility are central
• Good understanding of logistical flows and how different functions interact (sales, service, planning, production)
• Ability to work structured and solution-focused even in complex situations
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, and confidence in collaborating with many different types of stakeholders
• Good system habit, especially in MS Office, and an interest in numbers — you can analyze, quality assure, and follow up data
