UX Research Operations Enablement Specialist

A client of Insight Global is looking for a UX Research Operations Enablement Specialist to help support, upkeep, and improve a research enablement program. This person will be overseeing an established UX research program to ensure quality research is being performed by fellow UX teams and doing constant reporting on the status and successes of the program. This person will also be responsible for teaching best practices as well as guide and mentor fellow UX employees on how to more effectively conduct research and perform unmoderated testing to drive UX design. This individual will also be helping manage and the recruitment process to more efficient gather test subjects for research studies. The pay rate for this position is between $65 and $75/hr.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience in research operations experience, specifically with enablement and democratization of research and recruitment programs at scale
• Solid understanding of UX research
• Experience and familiarity with unmoderated testing
• Strong, proactive communication
• Comfortable learning new research tools
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Great collaborator, positive, enthusiastic, etc.
