Complete work orders records logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures. Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates. Maintain inventory level of parts within fleet guidelines necessary for the repair and maintenance of over-the-road tractors and trailers as well as yard tractors. Order, price, receive, and stock parts using the American Trucking Association ATA code sequence as well as expense control procedures. Manage warranty recovery new and replacement as well as parts cores and ensure proper credit is received according to written procedures. Organize and store parts and secure to prevent loss or theft according to written procedures. Shelve/unshelve parts and equipment within parts room. Transports objects to from and around the parts room and other locations. Prepare fuel samples for analysis and shipment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.30-$23.30. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications: 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry, maintaining financial records) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing) OR 1 year's experience in clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing). Valid state-issued driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications: Inventory Management, Transportation ASE Certification.
