Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems across customer sites. Diagnose, analyze, and repair equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Develop and implement preventive procedures to reduce future equipment issues. Create and maintain life-cycle support documentation, including maintenance, safety, and operational procedures, using engineering data, vendor resources, and COTS information. Train employees and end users on proper operation, care, and troubleshooting of equipment. Assess customer needs and recommend the most suitable products, services, or solutions. Utilize industry knowledge, best practices, and hands-on experience to plan and accomplish goals effectively. Perform a broad variety of technical tasks and may lead or mentor team members as needed.
