As the Sr. Director, Head of Core Engineering, you will lead the charge in driving innovation, setting standards, and establishing technical expertise for the global equipment platform. This role is pivotal in shaping Coca-Cola's next era of equipment excellence by leading a diverse team of engineers across mechanical, fluidics, and electrical disciplines. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to unlock engineering potential and create scalable solutions for consumer-driven innovations.

This role oversees a team of 12 direct reports, including product managers, delivery leads, and embedded engineers across various engineering disciplines. Additionally, this role fosters collaboration with dotted-line reports from Design, Digital, Data & AI, and Equipment Services teams to ensure alignment and deliver on strategic objectives.

Pay range: $192,100 - $223,000 base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual incentive reference value percentage: 50 annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
