Software Developer - Java/react/microservices

Software Developer Position

Our client is seeking skilled software developers with experience in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Next.js, and microservices architecture to join our growing team. This role will focus on building and enhancing our eCommerce platform, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Build and optimize microservices for scalability and reliability.
• Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services to support eCommerce functionality.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and implement performance improvements and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working on eCommerce platforms or similar transactional systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of performance optimization for high-traffic web applications.
