SAP Client Tech Support Consultant

ADP is hiring a SAP Client Tech Support Consultant. The job responsibilities include:

• Provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes.
• Prepare functional specifications and change control requests.
• Provide consulting services to the client base.
• Deliver effective client communications and ticket management/resolution via CRM.
• Communicate effectively with ADP ancillary services.
• Assess Support Pack configuration.
• Identify, manage and test SAP Note application.
• Apply specialist knowledge in country and/or functional area.
• Provide mentoring support and guidance to other consultants.
• Lead - develop, organize and lead team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Technology Specific Job Requirements:

• SAP Payroll/HR application experience.
• Excellent understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology.
• Understanding of Employee Self Service/Portal.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of directly related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Problem resolution skills.
• Knowledge and application of key methodologies employed by Application Support Team.
• Business consulting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client focused.
• Ability to mentor and guide other associates.
