Remote Call Center Representative $18.50/hr - Remote Eligible

Immediate Remote Call Center Representative

Opportunity to work for one of the largest utility companies in the area. Eight hour shifts will be assigned from 7am-6:30pm eastern time. All candidates must be fully flexible.

Qualifications:

• Two years of call center experience
• Experience managing 60+ inbound phone calls
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

• As a service intake liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs.
• You will serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions.
• This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract to hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
