The Program Manager, Partner Sales Execution drives high-impact initiatives within the U.S. Partner Sales Organization. Partnering with commercial leaders, RTR, PMMs, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of strategic programs that support both internal teams and the partner ecosystem. You will manage complex projects in a virtual, matrixed environment—identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks while maintaining alignment across stakeholders. You will communicate, influence, and challenge effectively at all organizational levels, including senior leadership. Combining strong project management discipline with deep knowledge of partner operations, go-to-market strategy, and internal processes, you will help define and promote program management best practices, ensuring governance, visibility, and alignment with Sage North America's strategic priorities.
