As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in driving business critical initiatives and projects within the US Partner Sales Organization. You will collaborate closely with US Partner Sales commercial leaders, RTR, PMMs, and other large cross-functional teams. You will engage with teams of multidisciplinary colleagues in a virtual and matrix environment to ensure program delivery is executed to the highest standards and risks and issues are effectively identified, managed, and mitigated for the US Partner team internal colleagues as well as partner ecosystem. The program manager must be able to communicate, challenge and influence across a broad range of senior stakeholders up to the most senior level within the organization. You will help define and demonstrate best practice in project and program management across Sage. This position is hybrid based 3 days per week in our Atlanta office at Ponce City Market.
This is a high visibility role that requires a strong background in systems, processes, partner programs, and go-to-market execution. Success in this position will rely on your ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, foster collaboration, and demonstrate measurable impact. You will provide leadership visibility across Sage North America and ensure consistent alignment with our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:
• 5+ years of experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders; delivering projects within deadlines, effectively managing stakeholders and team members expectations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams • Capability to manage and mitigate risks associated with project execution • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Initiative-taking, drive for results, and attention to detail. • A deep understanding of project management methodologies and experience with the usage of program management tools. • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize project workloads with changing requirements. • Experience working within a global team structure, including working with cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables. • Ability to embrace a growth mindset and inspire others to do the same • Significant experience and knowledge of Sage and partner ecosystem and accountants' market is preferred • Proven record of developing and delivering new solutions to market, with the ability to switch between tactical and strategic initiatives • Ability to manage and lead teams remotely and work effectively in a matrix organization.
