Outbound Sales Representative

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales representatives in Buford, Georgia. This is an exciting contract to permanent opportunity that offers competitive hourly pay and commission potential. Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to service desk tickets, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Engage with clients via direct phone calls to promote products and services, ensuring a positive and attentive interaction.
• Handle inside sales tasks, including managing leads, closing sales, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving sales strategies and processes.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's products to provide informed recommendations and solutions to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company offerings and sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads to ensure timely and successful conversion.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficiency in managing service desk tickets and resolving customer inquiries.
• Ability to make outbound calls and confidently promote products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and handle inside sales responsibilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and systems for tracking sales activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in an onsite environment in Buford, Georgia, as required.
