 
                                                
                                            Position Purpose: The Install Services Planner is responsible for supporting the Merchant in assigned category, managing and driving the execution and maintenance of services programs and products. They focus on cross functional coordination and implementation and execution of new and existing service programs within the Home Services business. The Install Services Planner also assists THD field partners, Customer Care, stores, service providers, and suppliers with questions and program-related issues (e.g., cost, sku, marketing etc.). Install Services Planner also provide data analysis and maintain program scope in order to drive future strategic initiatives and work on special projects as time permits.
This position reports to an Install Merchant. This position has no direct reports.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Experience analyzing data
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelors degree, in a business, marketing or equivalent related field. 2 years of retail or merchandising experience. Project management experience. Customer service experience

Experience with database management tools (i.e., Microsoft Access, Powerpoint, or other programs). Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (i.e., v-lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas, sort/filter functions). Ability to present information to a diverse group of stakeholders
