Robert Half's HR Solutions team is partnered with a dynamic and growing organization, seeking an HR Assistant to join their small but mighty Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and adaptable HR professional to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment where culture truly matters. As an HR Assistant, you'll support day-to-day HR operations across a variety of functions—recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS data management, and more. You'll be an integral part of the team, wearing multiple hats and making a real impact from day one. This role is 100% onsite in Marietta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
• Support benefits administration and leave tracking
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team and company leadership
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, employment practices, and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute across functions
