Engineering Manager – T4

The Engineering Manager leads and grows a high-performing software engineering team at T4. This role balances technical oversight with people management, ensuring the team delivers quality software that aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Align engineering priorities with business objectives by collaborating with product, sales, and other teams.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery of software solutions.
• Foster a positive, innovative, and collaborative team culture.
• Ensure technical excellence, process improvement, and adoption of best practices.
• Monitor team performance, address risks, and drive operational excellence.
