Deployment Support: Assist in the installation, configuration, and migration of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive). Support Windows 10/11 environments and ensure compatibility with Microsoft 365 services. Execute imaging and device setup for desktops and laptops as part of rollout activities.
User Enablement: Provide hands-on support for end-users during migration, including email, file storage, and collaboration tools. Deliver training and guidance on Microsoft 365 features and best practices. Troubleshoot issues related to authentication, connectivity, and application performance.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets related to Microsoft 365 and desktop environments. Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or engineering teams as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with IT project teams, champions, and early adopters to ensure successful rollout. Participate in feedback loops to improve deployment processes and user experience.

Skills and Requirements: High School Diploma. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity management. A+ certification Microsoft certification.
