Job description includes working independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, making suggestions, selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, keeping customers current with payments, and making reminder and collection calls when required.

Physical requirements include the ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, walking in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors, and performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.

Qualifications include experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies, and a valid driver's license with mileage reimbursement available.
