Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare equipment industry, is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to join their team. As a customer service representative, you will be part of the customer support department supporting the service and repair team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the job?

• Process orders for capital equipment, collaborating with contracts/pricing, finance, and territory managers
• Manage customer technical support needs efficiently and professionally
• Oversee service and repair of capital equipment to ensure timely resolution
• Utilize ServiceMax database to monitor service and repair status
• Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes

What's needed?

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Edwards, SAP preferred
• Ability to solve basic math equations accurately
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work well cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with proven attention to detail
