Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be an essential part of the support department, assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to its success.

Location: Duluth, GA

Pay Range: $22

What's the Job?

• Providing detailed explanations of services or products
• Collaborating with the sales team to improve customer service strategies
• Reviewing customer accounts and transactions to resolve issues
• Communicating with customers via in-person, email, chat, phone, or social media channels

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least one year of SAP software or CRM experience.
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass background checks including federal courts, criminal records, and drug tests
• Verification of education and employment history
• Bilingual skills are a plus
