HR Leader Opportunity In Covington, GA

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR leader to join our team in Covington, GA. This role will serve as a key partner to the business, helping shape and execute talent strategies that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and strong business acumen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with organizational needs.
  • Lead and support large-scale change initiatives across the business.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance while maintaining the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively.
  • Navigate and operate effectively within a complex, matrixed global organization.
  • Champion employee engagement, development, and retention strategies. Ensure alignment of HR practices with our client's values and global standards.

    Skills and requirements include:

    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; 8–12 years preferred.
    • Demonstrated career progression with increasing scope and responsibility (not a series of lateral moves).
    • Experience working in a global organization strongly preferred.
    • Proven ability to lead change and drive results in a dynamic environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
    • Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition and other HR functions.
    • Comfortable working on-site in Covington, GA four days per week.
