Technical Services Technician Role

The role of Technical Services Technician will ensure the optimal, homogeneous, and sanitary development of replacement females from their entry until their selection for service, ensuring that they meet the genetic, physiological, and productive standards defined by the company and the PIC genetic provider.

The position is based in Perote, Veracruz.

You Will

• Coordinate the reception and acclimatization of females.
• Control growth, feeding, and body condition.
• Execute estrus detection and hormonal programs.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity and traceability.
• Elaborate monthly reports and performance analysis.
• Train and supervise client technical staff.

Requirements

• Veterinarian Zootechnician, Agronomy Engineer, Agroindustrial or related field.
• 2+ years in GDU or gestation management.
• Knowledge in FVG, biosecurity, and estrus detection.
• Competencies: leadership, data analysis, effective communication, continuous improvement.
