HR Advisor

HR Advisor - 9-month FTC

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team and provide high-quality support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems, and helping to create a positive and engaging workplace culture.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support and guiding managers through people-related matters. You will:

1. Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees across a range of topics including performance, absence, conduct, and wellbeing.
2. Support employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
3. Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, helping to attract and integrate new talent.
4. Manage HR processes and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great employee experience.
5. Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and tracking.
6. Maintain HR systems and data, producing reports and insights to support decision-making.
7. Contribute to HR projects such as policy updates, engagement initiatives, and process improvements.

The Person

We're looking for someone who brings both capability and confidence to the role:

• Strong HR knowledge with experience advising on policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Sound judgment with the confidence to coach and challenge when needed.
• Organized and detail-focused, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a positive approach to change.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or working towards) is desirable.
