Negotiate with customers to close deals, ensuring that sales targets are met.
Manages existing customer accounts, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Create a new project (for existing customer) that aligns with the customer's needs for product development purposes, create new opportunities from new potential business from the existing customer.
Dealing with new customers with potential revenue or projects, including coordinating in terms of the flow process each customers both Government and Private Company.
Coordinate with the Sales Support team to do pricing analysis and provide quotations for customers.
Communicate with customers to provide updates on product deliveries, installation, and maintenance.
