What you can expect from us:
You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the branch offices in your area at up to 10 locations
Your role as a coach and leader is to responsibly and situationally lead your employees and individually promote them
You are responsible for the sales and margin development of the branches. At the same time, you are responsible for the costs and expenses within your budget.
You ensure efficient management of the assortments and the flow of goods and control the inventory levels
You regularly check and optimize your operational and financial key figures to evaluate the performance of the locations.
You monitor and ensure compliance with the company processes and guidelines
You implement advertising and sales measures to increase performance
You conduct team meetings and training sessions independently
You are the interface between branch offices and the regional director
What you should bring:
A completed degree in business administration, logistics/supply chain or a comparable commercial qualification
Several years of experience in the automotive parts trade, wholesale or logistics sector in a management position
Proven success in employee management and team development
Strong leadership skills, assertiveness and communication skills
High analytical ability, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
Sound knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory processes and operational control
Secure handling of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
