Key responsibilities:
- Ensure all hose assemblies are manufactured to the correct standard and within the required timeframe to meet customer requirements
- Inspect and test hose assemblies to the specified standard
- Respond to customer inquiries or complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep workshop presentation (including vehicles) to a high standard
- Raise awareness of all Motion services and realize site-work potential
- Ensuring our company’s national reputation as a market leader is prompted through prompt and courteous service and the highest standards of workmanship.
Ideal skills & experience:
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and verbal communication.
- Reliable, team player attitude.
- Willing to travel outside of the standard territory to support other hose supplies service teams.
- Available to work after-hours shifts and callouts.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Great customer service skills. Able to follow procedures, systems and solve problems.
- Physically fit to meet the requirements of the role.
- Strong awareness and adherence to Safety & Wellbeing practices to ensure you and your teammates are safe at all times about Health & Safety.
