Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all hose assemblies are manufactured to the correct standard and within the required timeframe to meet customer requirements
• Inspect and test hose assemblies to the specified standard
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep workshop presentation (including vehicles) to a high standard
• Raise awareness of all Motion services and realize site-work potential
• Ensuring our company’s national reputation as a market leader is prompted through prompt and courteous service and the highest standards of workmanship.

Ideal skills & experience:

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and verbal communication.
• Reliable, team player attitude.
• Willing to travel outside of the standard territory to support other hose supplies service teams.
• Available to work after-hours shifts and callouts.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Great customer service skills. Able to follow procedures, systems and solve problems.
• Physically fit to meet the requirements of the role.
• Strong awareness and adherence to Safety & Wellbeing practices to ensure you and your teammates are safe at all times about Health & Safety.
