Summary: An exciting opportunity to work and make meaningful contribution to cutting edge conversational AI systems including bots and copilots. Leveraging the latest technologies in ML/NLP including integrations with latest LLM technologies.
The team you will join is the heartbeat of language understanding in our chat bot and agent copilot products. In a micro services architecture, we leverage the latest technologies both traditional ML/NLU/NP methodologies and more modern generative AI to power these products for Genesys. As a member of the team, you will be adding new features to these micro services allowing Genesys to be leader in self-service automation and agentic AI
